**How does the pause feature work?**  
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you only use 20 days, you can pause your subscription and have 11 days of service banked for whenever you need it. No questions asked.

**What's the typical turnaround time?**  
Most requests are delivered within two days on average. Complex projects may take longer, but you'll always know what to expect upfront.

**How do I request work?**  
We use a shared task board (like Trello or Linear). Drop in requests whenever they come up, and we'll work through them one by one. You'll have full visibility into progress.

**What if I'm not happy with the result?**  
No worries. We'll keep revising until you're 100% satisfied. That's the promise.

**Can I cancel anytime?**
